They have an LGBT and Women's Group, which is great. Also recently hosted an unconscious bias training, which was equally great. But there's room for improvement. For employee recruitment -- I would've loved to see the recruitment efforts be geared towards POC. For the company board -- it's all old white guys. At least the leadership team had 2 women! And of course, Payal being the founder is delightful and one of the main reasons I started with ClassPass to begin with :) Love her!!!
