Role and job development is a priority

You had a week to two weeks of all day training and then training continued while on the floor. Everyone worked together to make sure you were doing ok.

The staff charged with this task are incredibly knowledgeable but I also believe are tasked with too many other things at the same time. I know every role here is different but I do feel like training for my position could have been 4 weeks long.
