Company says pays half, but insurance is still extremely high. Family coverage 80/20 plan costs employee around $400-$500/month

Not necessarily sure, looking at the current rates and plans it seems more expensive and like employees are borderline self-insured.

The deductible is so high it's like having no insurance at all. At the same time you can buy additional insurance to alleviate this issue but it'd hard to afford.

Clean Harbors' Health Insurance has declined in quality and coverage. Higher deductibles. Most likely due to Obamacare.

The best thing would be that preventatives are covered but the only plan offered is a high deductible so a family must spend $5000 out of pocket before benefits begin.
