Fully prepared with materials already have, need to figure out much on your own

They don't offer any sort of professional development, like other colleges (Tri-C, John Carol, BW, etc.) The health insurance, 401K, etc. is average. The pay itself is ridiculously low, and not near surrounding universities level. I plan to leave the second I get another job.
