Vacation & Paid Time Off

PTO is at the low end of industry standard, could be a lot better

The vacation policy is based on tenure as an employee; 2 weeks for first 2 years and 3 weeks after 2-10 years of employment. Slightly less than standard in my opinion, other companies start at 3 weeks and move onto 4 weeks of vacation time.

sick days and 2 personal pays off as well. 4 weeks after 10 years.2 weeks off at start.

i have 15 days paid vacation every year
