Colliers Engineering & Design understands that the modern workforce appreciates agility in all areas of their lives, affording them the ability to be their best self both at work and at home. For these reasons, we have adopted a Hybrid Workplace Policy.
An employee’s work arrangements will be determined between the employee and their manager. Employees in some positions will not have the ability to work remotely based upon the essential functions of the job. Hybrid work arrangements may change based on business needs, team collaboration priorities, or updates to company policies. Employees will be informed in advance of any adjustments to their work arrangements.
While the flexibility of a hybrid work environment brings many benefits, we recognize that being together physically is an important ingredient in fostering our culture and teamwork in the following ways. For these reasons, coming into the office is strongly encouraged.
