Job Training

You are handed a piece of paper and told to figure it out. Applying for or asking for any kind of training is denied 99% of the time. The 1% approval rating is for the select few who managment deem "worthy." Training is equivalent to the same training one could get from a 5th grade textbook from the 70s.
