8 flex days a year (or 64 hours, really). Can't carry it over, can cash out $1000 worth at end of year.

Sick time adds up according to hours

It's unclear how much sick pay you have because you're allotted a certain amount of Vacation, Flex and Floating Holiday and there is conflicting information as to using Vacation for sick time, order in which it's used, etc.
