Very expensive insurance and you're forced to stay with/in the Network (Company gets richer & richer) Specialist mainly on the North side so it's inconvenient. NO Pediatric Specialist! So if you have kids who need specialist's you pay out of pocket or have to take them to regular specialist's. In other words, if your child has a heart condition or cancer, you can forget Riley Hospital for children OR pay you can pay for that care out of pocket! I think that's really sad :(

Expect more from being an employee of the hospital. Seems like ANTHEM offers better benefit and less expensive.

Two options for insurance. They have kept the increases to a minimum. Copays are comparable to other plans.

I didn't chose this option because the premiums didn't seem any better than a non hospital organization and I had a cheaper option.
