These are included in Paid Time Off, which starts at 26 days and goes as high as 39 as of this writing. In addition, there's major sick leave, which accumulates at 1/2 day/month, applicable to longer sick times, i.e. 3+ days. At a certain level of unused MSL, employees get credited with an extra day of PTO.
