PTO - no choosing to use sick or vacation pay.

They have an odd increment system, but it starts with 26 days of PTO, with increments ranging from zero to 5 in subsequent years, to a high of 39 days. In addition, they have major sick leave, which can be used for longer sick periods, which increments at 1/2 day per month, and at a certain level of accumulation, one gets an extra day off.
