You can take as much time as you want in between assignments, but you have to pay COBRA after 31 days. You accrue leave in some states but I don’t think it is accurate for all travelers in all states.

Better than average. 4.33 hours of PTO accrued twice a month for 1st year of employment. After that accrual rates from 1-3 years is 6 hours then 3-8 years accrual at 7.33 hours and then max out at 9 years accrual at 8.67 hours. Also after 1st year you get 2 floating holidays yearly on Jan 1st.

CompHealth offers a good amount of PTO (even for new employees) to help promote a work/life balance. Gifting your PTO to other employees who may need to take an extended amount of time off is also available.
