Their PTO is very generous

You don't have time to take the PTO that you accrue and then they don't let you have it when you leave they won't pay you for it even though you've earned it and it's yours and you couldn't take it because you couldn't get the time off because you were so busy.

Excellent time off. Only good perk

There is vacation, paid time off or pay in lieu of paid time off

Actually, I cannot complain about anything.

Vacation or paid time off? What is that? I was allowed 16 hours of PTO in 6 months. I was not compensated for 86 hours of PTO when I left the company.
