As a contractor, you are limited to only certain benefits from CTG. In 2015 they re-structured their benefits and that left fewer to choose from.

I thought that having to work four years before I could have the 401k matching is too long, given that I worked a contract job that had ended early.

Medical is expensive if you've never been a contractor. Perks are nice and there is a match on the 401K

CTG has well rounded benefits. Better than most.

Average at everything, takes two years before you get your 1st eight hours of vacation time.

Benefits are not good.. 401k plan is somewhat ok. but we dont get good other benefits..

The 401k plan has some pretty good options. Health benefits plan was of very little value to anyone but a very young, very healthy single person with no dependents.

They have become a staffing agency with most employees being W-2 contractors. As such, there were no available benefits, unless you chose to purchase them. The insurance offered to the contracting staff was poor and expensive. One good thing was the 401k with a match.
