Amazingly low deductible and top notch dental insurance. Vision is covered entirely as well.

Covered most things I've encountered. Offer nurse advocates through the insurance co to help navigate needs, offer consumer medical as a health ally service to find better providers and second options. Have special program offerings for weight loss, addiction, cancer, diabetes (virta), etc. Since the providers locally are limited, they will connect you to options in nearby cities for advanced specialist needs etc.

Coverage is great, low deductible and maz out of pocket

They have EAP, which is nice, but it's only 5 sessions. Prescriptions are forced to go through CVS They have different providers for health insurance, dental, and vision.

Health benefits are good , Vision plan providers are limited

Could be better for hospital coverage; excellent overall

It's expensive but it is good insurance
