If you like their shoes, you can pickup a 50% discount on them either online or in store. They also give new employees a quarterly ambassador card with $50 loaded on it (gets taxed from your earnings), that will allow you to purchase $100 worth of product with the 50% discount. If you don't use it you lose it. They will generally send out reminder emails to use the funds.
