They do offer PTO, but it starts at two weeks and caps at three. It's substandard at this point and is actually a reason I'd consider leaving. As hard as you work here, and as profitable as the company is, considering the research showing the benefits of generous leave, you'd think DR Horton would re-examine its policy.
