Dart matches dollar for dollar up to 3% of eligible wages plus $0.50 per dollar on the next 2%, for a maximum Matching Contribution of 4% in March. Dart then deposits 2.5% of eligible wages regardless of the employees participation in the above mentioned in August. For a total of 6.5%. The plan is through Vanguard and there is a minimal amount of mutual funds to choose from. There is also a roth ira option.
