Expensive- although many others are as well. The difficulty is that the merit increases each year don't keep up with the rising cost of health insurance. There is an HSA fund that the company contributes to which is a good perk. The mental health coverage of the insurance is terrible, though. All too often this piece is conveniently left out of plans. My family wouldn't get coverage until we meet our $4,000 deductible. That's a lot of office visits just to get 80% paid for.
