Great health plans, we pay so much less than most other people we talk to. The copays and deductibles are also very low.

I think the health coverage was rather broad. I had no issues with having to change doctors or other carriers when I changed jobs over to Deloitte.

Deloitte pays for a large portion of the healthcare coverage, but the best plans still only cover 90% of non-routine care.

About $550 per month for family coverage gets you a relatively low deductible (around or under $1000). Cheaper premiums get a high deductible (e.g. you pay the first $3000 every year) and/or high co-insurance (e.g. you pay for 10% of the coverage cost up to $10000 out of pocket maximum every year) plan.

Great selection of plans, ranging from low-premium high deductible (with HSA) plans and more expensive Cadillac plans.

I pay more out of pocket. Prior employer automatically funded the HSA for half of the yearly out of pocket maximum, while Deloitte puts in nothing.
