Vision Insurance

vision insurance very poor. If they VSP, your eye test and glasses are fully covered, instead they go for very poor insurance option where you have to pay everything. I consider there is nill insurance provided though eyes are most important for the Deloitte professionals as they work 18 hours a day with eyes.

Great benefit for a company of this size

I do have vision insurance and it's pretty good - haven't used it yet but I looked into it and that's why I got it.

It is good enough to cover the basics

Above average compared to other companies. It covers a pair of glasses per year. and the employee cost is not too much.

The vision plan doesn't seem to cover much. I have bad eyes and there seems to be limited coverage.

Never used it, but it came along for free.
