The best thing is that it covers virtually everything at a reasonable price. The worst thing is that they keep those group premiums down by asking people not to put their spouses on the plan if they have health insurance from their own employers.

It's cheap. But it doesn't really cover a lot. If you get the more expensive packages that actually cover stuff then it's good but at that point it costs too much

I have the best medical benefits through Kaiser that I think any Ambulance Company could provide. My copay for everything except for emergency room is $10. I have free Vision through Kaiser, it's included in the Kaiser plan. The only thing is the Kaiser benefits are $100 per paycheck. For me that is worth it. The only thing better than these benefits is that the Kaiser benefits Kaiser Permanente employees themselves get I believe his $5 co-pays. This is the best Kaiser I've ever had.
