You have to pay a large sum deductible in order to fully use your insurance. If not, you pay 80% and the insurance only covers 20%

Overall, it seemed standard and comparable to most benefits packages. Employee has the ability to select the best package for themselves.

Insurance is currently administered by Cigna. Only two choices between a $4000 or $1500 deductible. EXOS contributes up to $750 in the individual HSA, which is disbursed quarterly. As exercise/movement is part of the day-to-day, incidental injuries occur. It is expensive to receive appropriate treatment for adequate recovery. Free consults are offered via HealthiestYou, but I have yet to utilize the service as I cannot log into the system.
