Right now I would not feel comfortable self identifying with any group that is out of the mainstream of my geographical location. Sometimes that is within racial groups. Diverse yes. Inclusion is more elusive as a behavior and there is an opportunity of improvement in my region.

Really go out of the way to encourage, racial, ethnic, gender and sexually diversity. There are profeessional support networks etc. EY make financial donations to support groups that promote diversity. I find it a bit overdone. Although I have never heard nor seen any harassment occassionaly someone makes a politically inappropriate comment.
