Everything was reasonable and good

Working for EY had pros only, no cons. We had health insurance, had baby room with babysitter in the office, free snacks (coffee, team fruits) in the office. One of the best companies where I have worked. 401K plan wasn't in Europe because we don't have such.

Best things were - health insurance and company offered to pay for phone bill and device

International experience and stability, paid for overtime.

Basic benefit package like all other big companies.

Worst - overtime, best - everything else

Paid overtime, health insurance, vacation mainly in off-season (summer)
