401K is only matched once a year. Unlimited PTO

Time off is nice most of the time.

Benefits package is not great. They also change providers nearly every other year so you'll have to keep checking if who you've been seeing is still in network.

Best thing is they have one Worst thing is it appears to get worse every year 401k Match when started currently (2023) it is on hold

Health benefits change companies every 2 years it seems.

Worst is the salaries. No raises for any employees in 2023. Last company wide merit raise cycle was April 2022. No 401k matching. No salary review for pay compression for internal employees vs external hires. Promotion % increase tends to only a small percent over what a merit increase would be. Best is unlimited time off for salaried employees.

Their Health insurance is a joke. They changed to a different company this year and it's worse than state insurance.
