"Most employees start with 8 hours per month of vacation for full-time monthly employees, 10 hours per month after 5 years, 12 hours per month after 10 years, 14 hours per month after 15 years, 16.7 hours per month after 20 years. Higher the pay grade, the more hours per month to start. Sick time accrues at one day per month and rolls over. "

"Emory has a 403(b) plan and they automatically contribute 6% of your salary after your first year of employment. They will make your contributions up to 3%. So if an employee contributes 2% of their salary Emory will contribute 9% in total."
