On site cafeteria on site, tons of hoops to jump through for 401k match ( be employed at least 1 year, be employed on Dec 31 previous year, etc.) Not many other benefits.

No PTO. None. Not much communication. No raises.

Was great for when we had to use an ambulance but it's very expensive for a family plan. It swallows up your paycheck.

PTO is much less than other companies in the consulting services industry - 3 weeks with 5 years of service; healthcare benefits are only good if you choose the lowest deductible plan but still not as good as companies of much smaller size.

All you get is a fring which is 2 dollars
