Everforth Apex Systems benefits

As a contractor for Apex Systems, the benefits package was not that great. Medical was super expensive that I ended up getting CoveredCA instead (I live in CA) since it was cheaper than what they offered.

Very basic benefits package while working as a contractor.

No paid holidays or sick time, benefits are not great but very expensive. No salary increase as promised-was not even given an evaluation

Although I asked for benefits information prior to accepting the offer, I was told I’d get to review the benefits package on my first day. Health Insurance is terribly expensive. No paid vacation or sick leave through APEX.

Contract employees receive no paid sick time, not even for COVID related illness, despite Gov’t subsidies being readily to all.

The BEST thing is the bonus and ESPP offerings. Take advantage of these! Medical benefits are sub-par, great for entry level and younger folks.

High Deductible of make it harder to select the right network carrier but at least you have a decent insurance company

the benefits are adegquate and exactly what is needed from a benefit package that you might get from and employer offering benefits to its employees

Out of pocket expense is competitive
