Apex offers benefits to all their employees. They aren't anything special but they're sufficient.

Benefits are expensive. 4 weeks PTO, birthday off, 2 weeks off at Christmas every year. 401k and stock.

Accumulate PTO quickly, 401k Matching, Stock purchase program, & Comprehensive health insurance (but it could be better).

They are very flexible with your time off. As along as you arent trying to take the next week off with no notice, they are almost always willing to give you time off.

Cost - sky high!! Does not cover anything. 401k is a joke - company match is capped at 1K per year!

Well, while I was there, they slashed my sick time in half from 6 to 3 days with 1.5 days notice so there's that...

They offer benefits at an extremely absorbent cost compared to what they pay. I got dental thru them, and I needed 1 procedure which involved 5 steps, the insurance would only cover 1 of the 5; whiteout the other 4 I could not get the procedure. Therefore wasted paying for dental. NO PAID VACATION. I had an accident (not at work), but it was pretty bad; Apex couldn’t even bother to send me a “Get well soon” card; a friend of mine had the same type of accident and his work sent him flowers (bouquets, pl). Overall just the worst experience in benefits treatment
