I did not accept the benefits package, but it seemed reasonable from the provided literature and email service. Application must be completed within the first thirty days.

Company offers decent Dental, Medical and vision for contractors. Company has more detailed PPO plans after a few months of employment.

For contractors, there is no time off plan. If you take off work you aren't paid. The health insurance is very, very, very expensive. Outside of very competitive wages, the benefits for a contractor are horrible.

Insurance plan is over 2500 for Family +1, roughly 1000 more than I am paying to an outside source for the same coverage.

I think worst thing is the health package. It can be very expensive for someone on contract.

401k is nice. You are given up to 3% matching. Also you have the option of choosing health, dental, and life insurance. However the premiums are very high.
