Used to give 2 weeks parental leave full pay, moms get partial pay for the rest of the leave for up to 8 weeks. Now with Cigna policy, moms with 2 years of service or more get full pay for full 8 weeks. If you want to take more leave, use PTO.

We have fmla benefits offered.

They provide it for expecting mothers and the fathers

The company give 6-8 weeks of maternity leave, and 2 paid weeks for new dad to take care of newborn.
