Good solid medical, dental and vision insurance coverage. Offers disability and 401K with proper match up. No bonus though.

Most benefits are about average or below current high tech industry standard. No health insurance for the first several months.

Seems like a pretty standard benefits package in this area. 401k with matching, health insurance, paid time off

From what I hear, Extron has a pretty good benefits package. Matches up to 6% (0.50 for every dollar).

Have most benefits that others cover. 8 Holidays and 10 vacations to start. One of the worst.

The worst part was the amount of time it took to become fully vested in the 401K program. They are a company with a high rate of turnover and many freshly out of school employees.

Benefits package was GREAT! Since the pay at Extron is good (if you don't lowball yourself in the interview), then you can afford some of their packages. I forget how much they pay percentage-wise for insurance, but it's good! I had GREAT insurance and sure as hell needed it. They have VERY good 401K matching as well.
