Seems really good, 7% match is very nice. Would be good to have more investment options (you only have XOM stock and 4 other basic choices).

Plan options may be a little limited (company stock + standard index-based mutual funds), but these are standard funds that any prudent long-term investor would be wise to make up the bulk of their retirement. Plus, the company match makes it hard to beat.

Best thing is company match of 7% for your personal contribution of 6% or more
