You can find better job training courses on youtube!

Lots and lots of training available. They cover all costs, travel, hotel, etc.

They host trainings on company dime at their distribution centers to better learn the product as well as tips on how to sell successfully

Havent experienced it yet, going for an upgraded license at some point. Seems it will be done all in house except for the road test for training.

They have their own school of business, the instructors are great it's just hard to prepare for the curveballs which is what you deal with mostly.

There are online video, interactive, book, and seminar-type training activities. They cover every possible aspect of working in Fastenal, including product knowledge, company systems, and sales techniques. It is mostly self-guided online, but there are books as well that I still reference.

Fastenal has it's own online school of business, where you learn everything from doing sales calls, to operating the forklift, and navigating the Pos. Fastenal Has hands on training and flies you to destinations to take part in those trainings.

They do not train you at all. You take an online computer course.
