Both Pension and 401K can definitely retire from this company if you're a lifer. Though they are making a push to get rid of the old timers.

When I was hired I was offered a traditional pension plan. A few years later, Fedex eliminated the traditional plan option and replaced it with an inferior cash balance plan.
