Charitable Gift Matching

First Nation Group recognizes the importance of charitable giving to nonprofit organizations serving the communities where we live and work. To support the work of these organizations, First Nation Group matches employees’ contributions to qualified organizations. The organization must be a registered 501 (c)(3) organization with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Company will match employee contributions of $10 or more at 10 times the contribution (10:1). Regular full-time employees may contribute up to $400 per calendar year and regular part-time employees + employees in a Summer Intern position may contribute up to $200 per calendar year.
