FluentStream is a fully-distributed organization, with employees in different locations throughout the United States. We believe that your work and responsibilities don't have any attachment to a specfic location. "What" you do has no connection to "where" you do it.
We have an internal document around our distributed workforce stategy, which is made available to all employees on date of hire.
Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
We offer 2 work from home stipends to all employees:
1) All new hires receive $300 to support getting their home office set up in a way that best suits them
2) All employees receive $125/month to use towards items like internet, phone, office equiptment, coffee/tea or snacks.
