Good, but if I had a large family I many not like the high deductible HSA plan

HDHP with HSA. The days of over-the-top healthcare are over; this plan offers a very good employer match and is connected to UnitedHealthcare (which, I believe, is far better than CIGNA or Aetna in terms of coverage, network, etc.).

High deductible is hard to meet unless you have a baby or a major surgery. HSA contribution helps pay medical bills.

Great savings over years past

Relatively expensive plan that provides an overall poor level of coverage and very few options. Dental and eye care are additional, and also don't have very good coverage.

I feel the company provides a very competitive health care program
