Hard to take time off in a fast moving environment

The best thing is that the options are very simple and you don't have to spend a long time to figure out what you are getting. The worst thing is that the contribution amounts are tier-based, meaning the more you earn, the more you pay. If you are right at the border of the next pay range, there may not be incentive for a pay raise.

Not many employers offering a Pension anymore. GE does.

Switched to all high deductible all at once which was hard to change.

Heath insurance benefits are not nearly as good as previous employers's plan. The 80%/20% plan requires a lot of time trying to make sure my doctors get paid. I miss the PPO plan.

Company 401K match and free in house gym offered all employees.

Below Average Health Care, No pensioin
