Health Insurance has an extremely high deductible. There is no copay for prescriptions until you meet the deductible. I rated the overall benefits package as dissatisfied due to the health insurance.

Best thing is the company car and benefits. The worst was the salary, too low.

The Healthcare has been reduced in cost/quality in the past 5-7 years but still offers more than most employers in the U.S.

Insurance is just that - insurance. Not health care. Retirement is OK.

Pension no longer offered for new employees. GE Capital competes with Wall Street and therefore pays higher than the industrial businesses, a source of angst for those Capital employees seeking post-selloff opportunities.
