Best: Offer company funded HSA for some options, vision and dental is standard, maternity leave is great Worst: You have to be enrolled in medical in order to be in dental and vision, high deductible plans

As any other company every year cost goes up. Overall good insurance with low copay

Good Pay and Health Benefits. Great workplace environment. Happy Hours on Thursday and Fridays. Had a lot of support from Management. Was able to cross train with other departments on technical skills.

GE’s health insurance is awesome although

The prescription drug plan was switched to mail in. This has been the only issue we have had with our benefit package. It may have been helpful too many but when prescription are not sent on time and/or late for dependents it is a problem. Other than that the benefits package is generous.
