Two comprehensive dental plans with coverage for diagnostic and preventive care, oral treatments and orthodontic care
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows an associate to set aside pre-tax money each year to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses

Not bad in terms of deductibles, it seems about average. For most positions, you are not eligible for medical coverage until you've worked at the company for at least 3 months, it may be more.

UHC is a great insurance to have and it is really affordable. The only downside is that there are some things it won't cover and the copay for the ER is $200
