GEICO's medical plans cover virtual visits at a lower copayment than a primary care physician and/or specialist visit
The comprehensive vision plan includes coverage for frames, lenses, contact lenses, eye exams with dilation (as necessary), retinal imaging, discounts on laser vision correction, etc.
Two comprehensive dental plans with coverage for diagnostic and preventive care, oral treatments and orthodontic care
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows an associate to set aside pre-tax money each year to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses

The best thing is that the coverage is available immediately. There are several plans with varying price points to choose from. The worst part is the cost of coverage. Even considering the employer paid portion you'd think they could negotiate a better priced plan.
