401K Plan

Overall a great plan but, like most plans, it would be nice to have more investment options.

They have a 401k that is decent

Large match percentage (10%); immediate vesting

Up to 10% employer match on 401 plan

401K Plan is covered by 1 to 1 match up to 4% and adjusted with annual bonus match.

Automatic 6% company contribution plus match up to 4%.

Very nice 401k plan with traditional and Roth 401k. The traditional 401k allows after-tax contribution up to 50% of salary in addition to the pre-tax contribution. 10% employer match on 401k with 6 year vesting schedule (this is very tricky). Company allows funds in 401k to have be invested in limited self-directing funds with additional fees.

They put money in to your 401k even if you are not contributing, that on top of the match is great!
