WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
- At Google we’ve implemented a hybrid work week where most Googlers spend about three days in the office and two days wherever they work best. Since in-office time is focused on collaboration, teams at Google decide which days they will come together. There are also roles that need to be on site more than three days a week due to the nature of the work.
- We offer opportunities for Googlers to apply for completely remote work (away from their team or office) based on their role and team needs.
- Work-from-anywhere weeks: Googlers are able to temporarily work from a location other than their main office for up to four weeks per year.
- Focus time: Teams offer focus hours to limit internal meetings during times when people need to be heads down on projects.
