Havent had it bc it is too expensive

pretty standard 401k for people

401k plan is offered if you want it.

If you can afford to put into a 401k on the minimal pay, you are matched at 3% and fully vested after 5 years. Over 50% of the company doesn't put into the 401k, which the CEO and CFO have sent company wide emails out encouraging people to put into their 401k, yet they don't read these reviews and realize people can't afford to at such low wages. 2 stars because 3% isn't bad, not great, but not the worst.
