Training is a joke, they try to pack too much in 2 days and concentrate on "the brand" mostly. kinda like brain washing...

The worst part was driving to Cleveland. The best part was the product selling training and conflict resolution training.

All new employees will attend the Great Clips Academy where they receive coaching on cutting techniques, the costumer service model the Great Clips uses and how to educate guests on product usage.

Great Clips Academy is awesome. Managers are not given all the tools to do a proper in salon orientation which is provided by franchisees.

The best thing about the job training is that they not only review the company with you so you know how they operate, but they go over basic haircuts with you and give you easier ways to execute them.
