the discount is the only real incentive to buy any guess merchandise

If something is 50 percent off we get it at that price can’t use our discount. If an item is 30 or 40 percent the item is changed back to regular price then our discount is applied

Worse thing is we can’t use or discount on clearance. Also if something is regular sale, it’s changed back to regular price then our employee discount is used. Example if something is 30% percent it’s changed back to its original price then our discount is applied. If it’s 50% we get it at that price we can’t use our employee discount towards it

Good employee discount. Do not abuse it

50% discount once a month. 40% discount any time of the month. Once I got a sexy Marciano mermaid skirt for $4 at on-campus discount store!

40% off regular employee discount and 50% employee bonus weekends every two months or so.

It was a decent discount.
