The benefits seem comparable to every other job I've had in the past, with 401k matching and basic medical and dental plans. E4 and above employees get "need based leave" with no limit except what your manager thinks.

Average benefits at best, awful 401k match and 80 hours of combined vacation/sick time. Good luck.
